You’re entitled to the market value up to the amount your car is insured for. NZI will replace your vehicle with a new one when as long as it’s less than 12 months old at the time of the accident. You can also get a new one if it’s not possible for repair.
Can I contact NZI for a flat tire?
NZI’s roadside assistance is open 24/7 if you encounter an accident. This is an automatic benefit under the Distinction policy, which offers alternative transport and cover, on top of your legal liability for injuries and property damages. On the other hand, this is an option under Echelon, which covers your keys and locks, road clearing costs, and windscreen claims.
